The Research Center for Scientific and Technical Information informs all bidders who participated in consultation No. 16/CERIST/2025 for the selection of a specialized supplier to integrate a similarity detection solution into the National Thesis Reporting Portal (PNST).
Following the technical and financial evaluation of the bids, the consultation has been provisionally awarded to the following bidder:

Bidder Selection : LOWEST BID
Interested bidders are invited to contact the contracting authority no later than three (3) days from the first publication of the provisional award notice to review the detailed results of the evaluation of their technical and financial bids.
