The Center for Research on Scientific and Technical Information (CERIST) is launching a consultation for the rehabilitation of the "CERIST Batna" headquarters.
Interested bidders must submit their bids within the eighth day following the first publication of the consultation notice. The opening of bids for technical and financial proposals will take place on the same day corresponding to the bid submission date, in a public session at 10:00 a.m. at CERIST headquarters in Algiers, in the presence of bidders wishing to attend.
The submission of bids is scheduled for the last day of the bid preparation period, before 9:30 a.m. If the bid submission date falls on a public holiday or statutory holiday, it will be submitted on the next business day at the same time. Any bids received late or not in compliance with regulations will not be considered.
The validity period for bids is (90 + 8) days.
