The Research Center for Scientific and Technical Information (CERIST) is launching a consultation for the renewal of its collaborative professional messaging platform support (based on ZIMBRA version 10 DAFFODIL) for a period of one (01) year, as well as for the expansion of the number of supported mailboxes.
The selected provider must provide:
● Renewal of Standard Support for existing mailbox subscriptions of 5,500, for a period of one year.
● Support and assistance services for updates and upgrades available during the subscription validity period (provided by the selected provider).
