Marketing description:  the “Personal Medical Record " is intended to provide physicians with medical information (medical history, results of laboratory tests, imaging, treatment in progress) issued by other physicians (general practitioners, specialists or hospital workers) )defining a medical profile of each patient.

Our PMR  is designed to improve medical care for diabetes patients. It facilitates communication between everyone who intervenes in the record of a patient (Physicians, nurses ...). It is a tool of:
