The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research decided to open the possibility of accessing university websites without credit or participation

after signing an agreement with the three Internet service providers, in order to allow students to access the distance learning platform and benefit from

the courses and conferences given without the need for Internet credit.

In a communication No. 20/454 - Al-Shorouk holds a copy - addressed to the directors of higher education institutions and regional seminars, it was decided

to open access to educational sites free of charge for the benefit of students, as part of the State's efforts to combat the "Covid 19" epidemic, and indicated

the possibility of access to educational sites for universities. This offers distance learning courses for students to complete the decisions of the second semester
