The exploitation of the national scientific production, through academic documentation, is the main challenge of the 6th Workshop on Algerian Academic libraries (Jebu '14), opened on 22nd to 23rd June 2014 in the CERIST - Algiers . In continuation of the previous edition, the theme of documentary policy was the concern of this sixth edition of Jebu. The approach, organization and tools were the subject of debate of this workshop. Under this topic, training and national scientific production were discussed and had been the subject of recommendations for actions of previous editions to evolve. These include the finalization and validation of the continuing education program and the modalities of its implementation, in one hand, and the support measures for national scientific production on the other hand.
